The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time While this provider has some great reviews, he backed out on me after multiple promises of executing. First excuse was his trailer was "in the shop". The second had something to do with his Uncle which I am not clear on. Imagine telling your customer that you'll be delivering in a timely fashion and then having to explain that you couldn't...even though you did nothing wrong except pick the wrong transporter. Always consider how many reviews provider has even when they're all positive.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I thought pickup was to be August 6th. Item is not ready.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show up during agreed pick up window and claimed his failing email was the problem. I called and got no answer and also texted (and returned his email). He only responded to me after I got uShip involved. This behavior shows a disregard for my reputation as a business person when customers don’t get their product when promised. I do not recommend using this carrier.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider waited until 1.5 hours ahead to schedule pickup time. Pickup location also took vacation without warning. These two things conspired to make pickup impossible.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Highly unreliable, unprofessional. Plenty of excuses but neglected to communicate with me directly after booking. uShip customer svc did get a response from him so he apparently values his uShip account, just not my shipment. Fine, but how about just letting me know so I can move on without making special plans—TWICE—that required a great deal of planning and logistics. It’s aparently all about him and excuses aside, his unwillingness to communicate directly with me is selfish and telling.
