Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward When I was in Texas last week customer wasn't ready for pickup. Today I told customer I be back in Texas on 29th or 30th. But we had we agreed on having it pickup by March 1. Customer shouldn't agree on date than change on u. That not fair to us as a shipper

You have to remember, I am working for older seniors, their situations changes hourly...This client ended up in the hospital. This was beyond my control.

Thank you for your feedback, we where in constant communication with you. For some reason we were not provided with the actual clients phone number for us to handle our job correctly. We believe things would have gone alot smoother and made our job alot easier if only we could have communicated with the client for scheduling of pick up.
