After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I need to cancel. The client is hostile toward me and I do not feel comfortable completing this shipment.

We explained to Brandy, we are the client therefore all communication needed to come through me. She bypassed us and contacted our client. I am protective of my elder clients. Everything was communicated by text explaining that I was UShip's customer. This is when she called me hostile. We had 3 employees listening to the conversation. We have worked with UShip for several years, this was the most disappointing transaction I have ever dealt with.

VERY disappointed with this whole transaction. Communication lacked, the truck showed up 45 mins late, the truck was 1/2 full and could NOT accommodate our client's items even though we told them repeatedly the size and content of the shipment. EXTREMELY DISSATIFIED!

Katherine' and all the recipients of all the furniture transported were super nice and it was a pleasure completing this various stops and getting to meet all this members of this Family everyone had a story to share and it was great to learn from all of them, highly recommend this client to all uShip transporters on any future shipments listed!!
