A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider is not able to accomodate schedule. He lives too far from the item location. I have reenlisted and have this item shipped by another provider

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer said he had all the paper work in his hand and for 2 weeks I requested he send the paper work along with freight payment which he never sent. The day I was to pick up the item, I still had no paperwork nor payment, so I told him we couldn't do business and for him to get someone else to move his truck. I could not deliver the item with out the proper paper work to get into the port which he admitted wasn't complete. Please review this matter. Thanks C.L. Heisler
