The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider told me he had a 53 ft trailer and showed up witha add-on made out of 4x4's and would not hold the load up, as it fell off. He called me and said he was unable to do the job and didn't have a 53ft. trailer to perform the job safely. I would like a refund for the shipper fees.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider said he had a 53ft trailer and would be able to load on 12/1/11. His truck didn't show up and now, 12/2/11 thet wouldn't return phone calls, but had someone to email me saying they did not have a 53ft. trailer to do the job they bid on. The listing plainly stated that you must have a 53ft. trailer to bid on the load.This service provider misreprecented theirself and caused me to miss filling an order on time.I will not recomend this service provider to anyone.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer was sent my wiring instructions as The same as I send everyone that pays me. He said he had handled the wire transfer yesterday but today when I called my bank, his wire had not came through. I tried to explain to him how my bank interlines with the Federal Home Loan Bank in Dallas but he couldn't seem to understand. I feel uncomfortable with this customer about my payment so I am asking that you cancel the load without pentality. Thanks C.L. Heisler Response from Alireza K.: I made a mistake in wiring the money to the account of this trucker in the first try and the money didn't go through. This trucker does not understand that mistake happens and was not patient enough to receive the money the following day which was still before he picks up anything. I am also happy he did not work for me.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it When customer put item up for bid She did not say that there was only one hour of the week that I would have to meet the city of Houston Rep. Downtown with a truck and trailer so they could see my drivers license, so they could direct me to the warehouse where the truck uould be picked up and also you could not even boost the engine off on their property. She changed this date several times that had me waiting and then my times and hers did not work out. Not mentioned in her Bid listing.
