This service provider never answered emails and telephone calls. When Uship tried to contact him they also did not get a response. ( He never turned up on the day he was originally booked for ) Both the seller at collection end and myself were prepared to give him a second chance as well! Due to the seller moving house with the help of Uship it was possible to find another most excellent service provider. I regret that I feel it necessary to have to leave this feedback but others need to know!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This service provider did not turn up on the set date. Has failed to answer many emails and telephone calls. Yourselves (UShip ) have tried to make contact with again no response whatsoever from him. This request is being done on your advice and I thank you for your help. EVEN AT THIS LATE STAGE IF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONDS BOTH I AND THE SELLER OF MY ITEM ARE PREPARED TO GIVE HIM A SECOND CHANCE.
