A+++ Prompt and timely communication... followed complex instructions. Was careful with weak clutch on my van. Coordinated pickup and delivery.. Dropped off at night when I was away on business. ANOTHER GREAT DEAL WITH JOHN AND JEANINE! I saved about 700 bucks on this shipment and had excellent communication at every step. Emails and calls are returned promptly. These are family oriented and hardworking people with high integrity. They never stop working and always check in to be sure everything is right. They also take care of contacting the people at the pickup location so I don't have to worry about it. Top notch people. Im looking for more VW's to buy so that I can ship again!

A++++++++ John and Jeanine are a GREAT team. 100% communication at every step. Honest family business people. Brand new rig, nice trailer, and speedy delivery. Even went out of their way to store my van at their home to save it from getting towed!!!! I am shipping with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period How is this shipper able to continue doing business here? From their feedback it is clear they never even answer emails or the phone. BAN THEM!

This is the BEST shipping experience EVER. Martin picked up my new van the day after he bid on it and had it at my house the very next day. He was in constant communication. He was kind, professional and made my seller feel comfortable and worked around his schedule. My van arrived without a scratch and Martin kindly helped me unload it and even picked me up from my house to find a safe spot to unload. Martin is a GREAT shipper. I will be shipping with him again if possible. Thanks Martin.

Ron and his team were super professional. Thier bid was extremely competitive. They delivered my vehicle early, communicated with me at every step, and even washed it along the way! THANKS!! They were friendly and had an excellent box truck and trailer. My van was stuck in sand with locked up brakes and flat tires... They had all the tools and determination to get the job done. Other shippers probably would have given up. I would trust Ron with the most fragile and difficult of shipments.
