Fred was very easy to work for. He made all the arrangements in advance so I could pickup from the Dealership and then deliver to his house with someone else in his absence. I was paid promptly, I would do business with him in the future!

Allegiant is a broker, not a carrier. Matt at Allegiant was responsive and kept me updated on his efforts to book the shipment with a car carrier. The car carrier Allegiant booked with was Coast-to-Coast Auto Transport out of Kuna, Idaho. Their dispatcher, Chase, was great at updating me and then when their driver, Casey, was about 7 hours away from delivery he phoned me with updates and was very helpful coming up with a suitable offload point near my home and a time that worked for everyone.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider assured me pre-booking he could have a trucker pick up my vehicle in Nampa, ID by this past Saturday. Today, he advises due to problems with the trucker(s), he was unable to meet that pickup date and is now not sure when he will be able to pick up, as he cannot get in touch with the intended trucker. I need the vehicle delivered here in Pittsburgh for a planned and pre-paid trip, and I would like to try to find another transporter or broker who can get this shipment moving. T

Ken was an aggressive bidder at the beginning, was easy to communicate with from the get-go. He assisted the seller with the load-out and delivered the bike to me from his trailer, using his ramp, safely into my garage on a 9 degree morning with snow on the driveway. Would use again.
