Der Kunde Markus Michalek hat die Rechnung erhalten und sich erst dann bei uship beschwert das er keine bekommen hat. Der Kunde hat bei uns Vertrag unterschrieben, dort steht 1 h Wartezeit kostenlos, weitere werden berechnet. Der Kunde schuldet uns noch Geld

Neben seiner unfreundlichen Art, der Tatsache, dass er bis heute nicht die Rechnung über die 156 Euro ausgestellt hat (stattdessen Rechnung für Wartezeiten berechnet) bewertet er (der ziemlich alles falsch gemacht hat, was man einem Kunden gegenüber falsch machen kann) mich nun auch noch negativ. Verkehrte Welt....

Insgesamt könnte man zufrieden sein. Das Fahrzeug wurde pünktlich geliefert. Die Kommunikation hat sich etwas schwierig dargestellt. Der Spediteur macht den Kunden für Wartezeiten an der Abholadresse verantwortlich uns stellt diese sogar in Rechnung. Rechnung haben wir erst nach Nachfragen erhalten.
