A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unser Angebot wurde bereits am 30.03. gestellt und erst am 31.03. vom angenommen. Da wir bereits mit dem LKW unterwegs waren, bekamen wir die Information erst am 01.04. in Norddeutschland. Der KD. wurde von uns sofort telefonisch kontaktiert und wir teilten ihm mit, dass Abholung/Lieferung erst für den 02.04.bei der Reourfahrt möglich sei. Dies wollte der Kunde nicht und bat uns eine Stornierung durch zu führen, was wir dann auch taten.Wir fragen uns, warum bei der Suche als Datum 29.04. angefü

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Lieferung war für Dienstag zugesagt, dann immer weiter nach hinten geschoben. Letztlich wollte der Spediteur das Fahrzeug heute Abend - ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten - liefern. Nach dem ich storniert habe, wurde ich als "Arschloch" bezeichnet. Untragbar! Bitte um Sortierung und Rücküberweisung
