I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider answered the phone finally after many calls and texts, pretended to not know we had a booking, said he would call back, never did. Wouldn't answer again. Terrible service.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Provider was non-responsive when arranging a pickup time. After initial contact, the provider stopped responding to text messages and wouldn't pickup any phone calls. Provider had initially said he was able to pickup on 6/21, but never showed. Also, the provider initially quoted $600, then kept changing the price in comments, and the actual quote came in at $900. I accepted due to a lack of providers heading to my destination. I would have been ok with the price if the provider was reliable and

A support request was already made and uShip support confirmed with the provider that this was not picked up and provided me instructions to cancel.
