The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider had a truck breakdown. It happens. But the provider didn’t answer or return calls. That’s unfortunate. I only found out hours later thru email. Please provide better communication if you are unable to accommodate.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider answered the phone finally after many calls and texts, pretended to not know we had a booking, said he would call back, never did. Wouldn't answer again. Terrible service.
