The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time courier accepted quote for collection and delivery almost 10days ado items should be delivered within 1 week,I ve send him all details regarding collection and delivery on his email address also mobile number which he provide to ship,one week later person who he should collected item from text me with a question when units will be collected? I send few text messages and emails to the courier all without respond when I call him someone else answer the phon and that man he don't know what Iam talk

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time courier promis collect item few times never turn up multiple phones and message regarding collection all has been ignored in my description Im clearly state when item have to be collected and delivery, all the time I heard only lies and lies he promise delivery Friday all day service Im wasting all day late hours evening his respond for my message said won't be able to delivery today due to dartford bridge issue (5miles away from my address) another lie item even not been collected that time

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Courier Bid was £45 which Im accepted And Ive paid deposit through the UShip website And left Balance of £38 to paid directly to the courier on delivery after deposit been paid Im received e-mail from the courier who inform me that my item cannot be collected at time And will be collect Within 14 days, Then Ive received next e-mail from the courier who ask me to paid £45 into His bank account, Im not feel safe paying into Stranger bank account I always paying remind Balance on delivery day Also

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services after Im accepted the quote from the courier and send him collection and delivery details He ask me to paid remind balance of £40.32 directly into his bank account before he collected the furniture, I feel suspicious so Im contact with uShip support team; day latter Im received email this provider actually has been blocked and I should not do it any business with Him coz He is fraudulent user,because Im already paid deposit for this shipment I would like to canceled this transaction and received

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I've try contact with the driver when He didn't collect it the item call Him and message so many times without respond. those people who sold me the bookcase also complaint as he haven't pick up the item on at all they move out very soon,I need to booked new delivery so please cancel this transaction for me thank you regards
