The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time courier accepted quote for collection and delivery almost 10days ado items should be delivered within 1 week,I ve send him all details regarding collection and delivery on his email address also mobile number which he provide to ship,one week later person who he should collected item from text me with a question when units will be collected? I send few text messages and emails to the courier all without respond when I call him someone else answer the phon and that man he don't know what Iam talk

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Courier Bid was £45 which Im accepted And Ive paid deposit through the UShip website And left Balance of £38 to paid directly to the courier on delivery after deposit been paid Im received e-mail from the courier who inform me that my item cannot be collected at time And will be collect Within 14 days, Then Ive received next e-mail from the courier who ask me to paid £45 into His bank account, Im not feel safe paying into Stranger bank account I always paying remind Balance on delivery day Also

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I've try contact with the driver when He didn't collect it the item call Him and message so many times without respond. those people who sold me the bookcase also complaint as he haven't pick up the item on at all they move out very soon,I need to booked new delivery so please cancel this transaction for me thank you regards
