Excellent customer, friendly, kind and comprehensible. Unfortunately the pickup contact changed the date for 2 days after the original pickup date, what generated a delay from which we couldn't recover. It was necessary to cancel. Good customer.

The pickup location did not change, he promised he would pick up on Wednesday, then Friday then he said he couldn't pickup afterall. I selected him for his positive feedback. This caused me a big delay.
