The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I was in the area on time to pick it up but the shipper said that I was already to far and that I could Pick it up tuesday. I told him that I would try but I was not shur if I could. I had a driver down ther yesterday, and yed he is in the hospital wnd is due to leave sat. I cannot help it if He dose not know how to give directions, but according as to whats on the invosie i was about 10 miles from him when he called.

Wow all the feedback left by the above is not true. In his bid, he said he could pick up Friday. After booking, he said that he couldn't get it until the following Tuesday, I said that would be ok. I called Tuesday, no response. Then Wednesday, he said his driver had been in a wreck. On 3 different occasions when I reached him by phone, he said he would call me back and he didnt. I worked well with the shipper to accomodate him. He was given the correct business address, not directions
