A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The pick up location(repo) would not set appointment until they received all documents from the finance company. No appointments were available when we were in the area.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I hope you’re well. I wanted to let you know that I’m experiencing some unexpected mechanical issues with my vehicle today, and unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it to PA. I’m working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible, but it’s looking like I won’t be able to make it in time.
I’m really sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. If there’s anything I can do to make up for this or if we need to reschedule, please let me know.
