The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Transporter pushed pickup back several times and never gave any intention of picking up the vehicle, CX eventually got fed up and delivered bike to the shop himself. Never contacted shop for pickup appointment.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Told to book within the pickup window after payment was submitted, suddenly has no drivers in the area and wasn't able to find one within a week. Didn't communicate any of this and let storage fees build up.
