Very sloppy and disconnected transaction. Uship contact text only number, and contact person I was told to speak with was VERY rude and pulled the "thats not my job" line. I wasn't going to leave a motorcycle somewhere with no uship contact confirmation. This is normal, and shouldn't have bothered anyone. I delivered on time and in perfect condition and even waited an extra day to deliver for their needs. The feedback was left by a party not present, and no other staff there had any issue.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The recovery lot was unable to schedule the pick up with us. The Sara is great and responsive. The recovery lot of this unit, the pick up location, is difficult to work with.

Very efficient and always communicative. Our unit was picked up and dropped off in a timely manor. I highly recommend them as a transporting service and will definitely be using again.
