He was very rude and would not give us the key to the bike until he was paid. I tried to explain to him that I would report it to the back office and that they would pay him. He was not very professional and rude to me and my team. Response from cfivetransport: This was a very shady transaction, with the booking company not being the same busines as drop location. I was treated extremely harshly when I inquired who or how the payment was to be released. This person lied in her feedback, and wasn't even present at the drop of location. I was friendly and got along with everyone at the shop, except Candace in a back room. She obviously was having a bad day or something. Yes, I held the key until payment was released. This is normal. This lady was not.
