The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I rented the 3 stars because the communication pre-booking was excellent....but the shipment wasn't pick-up. After not hearing for weeks I reached out again, and it was scheduled for pick-up today.....but I just received a text that they have a unexpected conflict and the cannot pick-up. The lack of follow through has caused a problem with the auction house.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper assured me - prior to booking - that the piece would be delivered to San Fran (from Chicago) within 2 weeks. They responded to all questions quickly....prior to booking....but once booked they went dark. I called, texted, emailed.....over the course of a week - more than a dozen times, trying to get the pick-up scheduled. The delivery was a piece of furniture for an important client that had a deadline to meet. It is supposed to be in San Fran in 4 days....and it hasn't been pick

Excellent carrier. Communication - start to finish - was exceptional. They arrived on-time for pick-up. They wrapped the piece of furniture very carefully. They communicated estimated arrival time on the other end. I highly recommend Esco Bros and will use them again.
