The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Car broke down Response from Milena P.: I misrepresented nothing. I provided detailed information in the listing. I asked clarifying questions - to ensure the shipper knew there was a relatively tight timeframe for delivery. Pre-booking, the shipper was extremely responsive. They answered questions almost immediately. After the shipment was booked I reached out to them via email, text, VM....repeatedly. I did not get one call answered, one email replied to...or one text replied to. I have a trail of requests for scheduling.
