I no longer need my item(s) shipped I am so sorry, but my customer has had a family tragedy and he has to cancel the purchase. I have never cancelled before and I am so sorry, but it is less than 24 hours since I booked. Hopefully, we can work together in the future. Response from SnJTransport: We understand. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Totally unprepared, wanted to pull antique chest across stones and steps - very unprofessional.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Delivery person has lied on his email to Issac. I have all. of the text that were sent to me. They cancelled around 9 this morning after continued lies as to when they would be here. Different contact numbers--Thiis was a nightmare!

I was very happy with the service Kaitlyn and her fiancé provided. They had a very nice young couple and took great care of my antique doors. I would for sure use them again!
