The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Please send the FULL refund ASAP. This has been a horrible situation beyond my control. Your contractor did not do one thing he promised and I was left waiting on him day after day and he was not even decent enough to contact me until days later----This is so bad. You do not need to keep any of my money PLEASE refund in full ASAP so I can get this shipped out ASAP and possibly can save our sale!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from KINGQE2: All (4) of our cancellations on 10/17 & 10/18 were due to a dispute/disagreement with our truck leasing agent. We did Sincerely Apologize to our Valued Customers for any & ALL inconvenience. We vowed & committed to NEVER allow this reason/situation to happen again. Renee' I. ( & all our cust.) were Understanding of the reason for the cancellations, however two cust. had a problem with uShip's 90% returned & 10% acct. credit given back to them, which is beyond our control. We made $0 from bookgs.

GREAT!!! I can not say enough great things about this delivery man. James went over and above in all cases! My client was not at home and he did not answer his calls, text or e-mail. James arrived and directions were signature only. James tried so hard contacted neighbor--took so many photos of the residence how he covered the chair and his delivery vehicle at the man's house. I could NOT have asked for more and he did all of this with a great attitude! Would love to use James again! He is BEST!

GREAT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COUPLE! I am VERY picky! My furniture is very high end and I have to have FIVE STAR delivery people. I accept no less that FIVE STAR delivery People and Customer Service and these Two can deliver for me ANYTIME! I have had a couple of nightmares on here so please READ the FEEDBACK!

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Hi, this makes absolutely no sense I spoke with Nick a couple of days ago, He just now called me and lied and said he called yesterday and left s message he DID NOT! This is causing a major problem and I could have to return my customers money. I am having a lot of problems with U-ships drivers. I lost $2050 a customer from California stole an armoire from me and another driver tore up an armoire our of Louisville. At any rate this driver Nick just told me his Florida client cancelled!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not show up at 12:00 on Monday the 8th of Sept. I had to attend the funeral of my husband and we hired someone to wait on the delivery person. He never even called and his voice mail was full. For 2 days he never contacted us. Finally today he e-mailed and said his truck broke down and his phone was torn up and he would be here at 3:00 at 5:00 I finally called him and he said he would be here at 8:00 pm.
