After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Called to proceed but shipper was putting words in my mouth; I have never ever on the phone said anything about additional 200. I had no intentions not to honor this shipment. All prior communication was public and accessible. Shipper said I don't have "too many reviews" and was trying to say I expected things that didn't even cross my mind

This service provider initially contacted us to attempt to negotiate a higher price on our listing and we declined. He surfaced a few days later and accepted our bid. We clarified the bid amount he accepted and proceeded with booking and paying through UShip. After we booked and paid the service provider called and attempted to negotiate more money for the shipment. We did not agree and were forced to cancel.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Horrible service. Our shipment was not picked up by agreed upon dates. We attempted to contact the provider multiple times for an explanation. Glenn would not answer phone calls or texts. Very bad communication. Glenn did not have the courtesy to call and explain why he was cancelling. This is the worst of U Ship. Glenn cancelled two days after our two week pick up window ended. Now we are faced with storage fees. Poor excuse for cancellation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Transporter tried to renegotiate the price after booking. He tried to increase price by $200 after he had already committed to the bid.
