I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Approved but customers description is inaccurate. Arrived with 8 moving blankets, 8 straps, bungee cords, and tarp. Difficult item to wrap and cover likely not suited for pick up bed delivery. Customer requested removal from vehicle. Accommodated as requested.

Our description is accurate. We have pictures showing how badly driver attempted to load. Driver provided with images and dimensions in listing prior to pick up. We verified that driver had seen images and dimensions. Driver showed up with a few ripped up blankets. Not eight. Partial tarp that was ripped as well. Would not recommend.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper did not arrive with appropriate blankets and packing materials for transport. Was not prepared to pack shipment as needed for transport. Would not send because of risk of damage to shipment.

Inaccurate feedback from customer. Showed up with 8 moving blankets, 8 ratchet straps, tarp, and bungees, all for a single item. Nothing more could be supplied to protect this item. Offered to continue with shipment but customer requested removal from vehicle. Politely complied and left. Customer was hostile and berating throughout the entire process unfortunately. Maintained a polite and professional demeanor to customer.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Series of unfortunate events with driver. Accidents....truck break down....tried to work it out and continue, but driver did not have the ability to make it work out. Time to move on to meet our commitment with our client. A lot of wasted time on our end. Not a UShip success story.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A work conflict came up and we are unable to be here to accept delivery at a time hat fits the drivers schedule. Spoke with Kelvin and he was very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely use BrooksFinest again in the future. Thanks for your understanding.
