The customer was excellent, and excellent, but we caused him some issues by losing his shipment, finally we found it when the carrier loaded the truck to another terminal, and returned it for local delivery to the customer in Kansas City. The customer is welcome at any time for favor, assistance, or service with a discount of $100.00.

My shipment seemed to have some delays, but it wasn't a big issue with me. When the terminal said it was lost, that's when I started to wonder about competency. However, Jim was in communication with me frequently. I know some of the issues were out of his control, the shipment was found and delivered. I think my shipment got dinged up some, but overall at this point, it seems fine. A discount has been offered in the future to compensate for the delays. I don't ship much, but would use again Response from FreightAve: I, was in contact with the customer and the terminal,the shipment was found in the side of the terminal, going to another terminal by mistake, but they found it when they loaded the truck, and returned it for local delivery to the customer in Kansas.
