Great experience. Very professional... Cliff worked with me on pick-up and delivery times, which due to busy schedules in pick-up/drop off locations were pretty specific... The item was a very old, very heavy, and rather large piece of wood furniture, and it was delivered without a scratch on it (well, without a new scratch- it had several existing dings!)
