Cliff did a great job from start to finish. The SUV was a surprise Christmas gift for our daughter, he met her at work and used his smartphone to catch her disbelief, it was priceless. I really appreciated Cliff adding that extra touch to make it a special moment when we could not be there!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Cliff did not show up at the agreed upon time Wednesday Dec 18th at 9 am. I have made several attempts to contact Cliff about when he would be arriving to pickup my shipment. I have only received one phone call claiming that there was mechanical trouble with his truck however he will not return my phone calls to let me know if he will be able to complete this shipment. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional. A common courtesy would have been a short communication to let me know he

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My father who has been fighting cancer for last 2 years went back into hospital day before we were to pick up, the Hospital in Florida asked that I try to make every effort to get there in the next 24-48 hrs. I am in Florida instead of picking up customers car.
