LDM International helped make the best of a bad experience with their supplier, FedEx. FedEx dropped the ball completely by not bothering to call me about pickup, showed up an hour early and then left without even talking to anyone associated with my company or calling me, yet claimed they were told there was no shipment taking place! I ended up waiting around for 3 hours until I finally got ahold of FedEx who told me to reschedule. This cost me both time and money. LDM helped sort it out.
