The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This "provider" after much back and forth about the pick up details, location ,etc calls me at pick up location to tell me he cannot handle this shipment. Apparently he did not read or cannot read the shipment details. Wasted time, effort and frustration. In the end Im glad he does not have possession of my goods. The platform is for people trying to run a business or transport their goods, not for kiddie games.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately we are not being given access to our merchandise so that it may be picked up. We will need to cancel this until we have a judges order allowing us to pick up the goods.
