After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipper had a lot of intense demand. I tried to cancel rite away but was new to U ship and did not know how..

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Upon the shipper accepting our bid, we learned about the warehouse pickup and their hours. We did offer an evening pickup and that was not something they could do. We also offered to pickup next week with another truck, but the shipper was not happy with that option. Therefore, we must withdraw our offer to service this customer.
Please note that this shipment was posted as a residential pickup with no hours restriction noted. It turns out it was a pickup at a commercial facility with ho Response from Sebastian P.: We expected a pick up during regular work hours. Provider could not do so and did not discuss his limited time window for pick up in advance. Not happy.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Just got back from fall break and before I left I accepted bid but I didn't realize customer needed it this Tuesday. I had a 10 day window to pick up boat and thought the Tuesday after was going to be acceptable. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks Dave Fred
