The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The customer provided a wrong weight. At the last minute the service provider pointed out that the weight can not be transferred on their trucks

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service Provider could not pick up because no drivers were available. Response from NowMoveUSA: Not 100% this statement. We advise at the requested pickup date there will be no driver avail. but the next day. Maybe next time.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was ready for pick up on 01/04/19. Shipment was not picked up on 01/07/19 and when I contacted the provider I was told that for reasons unknown the shipment was canceled. The shipment was re-instated for pick up on 01/08/19 with a guarantee for pick up latest by 01/09/19 - again the provider was a now show. When I called on 01/10/19 I was told that the subcontractor for the area was way behind with items and probably could pick up until 1/11/19. I was surprised to hear that there is a s
