The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it When arriving at pickup location the warehouse stated they wanted a RGN to move this crate. And that a F250 with a 30ft trailer would not move 7,500 lbs.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hello there was a misunderstanding since we tried to call you and you never answered until I sent you an email and a message and you did not respond in this case we sent our contract as a precaution, but we can talk about the terms and conditions, if you do not agree we have many options to work with, we can change without no problem but I want to communicate with you asap. I'm still working on your load. please give a call. Response from Frank B.: AFTER we accepted the bid we received an email with an agreement to be signed. Never had to sign a secondary agreement with USHIP-certainly would not sign one with plenty of fees if X,Y,Z are not met. Our east coast company closes and we go home-we answered your message and email the following day. There was no precaution as you send the contract when the bid was accepted. The terms and condition provided by USHIP never let us or the freightliner down. A new freightliner did not need a contract

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I need to dispute this cancelation, the reason why we sent an agreement was because this is supposed to be picked up today and since we couldn't get a hold of the client. Client never answered our phone calls, emails and texts.
