2 hours after the shipment was picked up the destination was changed to return to sender all through the proper channels. Central knew before 5 PM it was to be returned to the sender. Item still travelled from PA to Michigan where it was returned to me -- resulting in twice the original charge. Unfortunate for me. I believe that it should have been properly rerouted at the origin terminal saving everyone time & money. I still appreciate the Central Freight rates though.

Freight was damaged in shipment, expensive repairs. However the shipper did not properly prepare the shipment so it was not all the carriers fault. Really stinks .

They have done right by me for the last several shipments. Not damaged & on time.

Service was fine. However somehow R & L decided that I was a residence after years of delivering to me ( involved a $100 surcharge ). After much corespondence through Uship it was corrected. If R & L had simply googled me there would have been no question. I don't know if they were simply trying to make more money or what the scenario was.
