A payment was in limbo from USPS & I was only going to do a partial shipment of 4 items. The day before it was to be picked up I received word that the payment arrived. I was told the easiest way to get all the items shipped at one time was to cancel & then get quotes for all 8 items. That is what I did . I do not know why but Central did not give me a quote on all items. Shipping was thru a third party for billing.

As a courtesy to help the driver find my location ( GPS often ends up 1/2 mile away ) I made the mistake of asking the driver to call me. COST ME AN EXTRA $40 bucks. Otherwise , they are prompt with their service

The company was late to pickup the shipment. I had to call to find out what was going on. The company did show up and everything turned out just fine. I do suggest that if there will be a problem with pickup the company to call and let know that is going to happen.
