I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to detail my shipment received. Some uship providers may leave a lot to be desired but DTK is not one of them! Excellent communication too! Definitely will be using them again in the future!

I would definitely AVOID this provider! He LOST the documentation on a high value insured item, then mishandled it during transport causing thousands of dollars of damage. Then, he repeatedly and obnoxiously called/texted us demanding that payment be released to him so he "wouldn't be stuck in Colorado". He then broke his promise to provide the needed documentation for the insurance claim! My advice- look elsewhere for transport! This rude guy and his tiny, ancient u-haul truck are dangerous!

Thanks for the opportunity to help with your move. Sorry we thought we could move your item without paper work being that we used email. We admit there was about 100 in damage at delivery which we would have payed, but it was said to be 1000s. Sorry for the big misunderstanding. Excellent experience, excellent communication. Even with adverse weather and an 8 foot long skid, item arrived in perfect condition and on time as expected. Will definitely use again!
