Horrible service from start to finish from this broker. First off, the first carrier they dispatched didn't pick up the vehicle on time, then the next day the carrier let us know they were broken down and wouldn't be able to get the vehicle. The second carrier managed to bring the vehicle here, then carelessly let it roll off the back of their trailer and it crashed into a parked car causing extensive damage to both cars. We contacted SGT, eventually they replied, but say it's not their problem.

Joel, the first carrier had a breakdown so we dispatched another driver out within minutes of the first cancellation. Your vehicle was picked up before you even had a chance to send a complaint email. You refused to pay the carrier and created nothing but problems for everyone.

Old Dogminion likes to quote you a nice low price up front, then after it has been delivered, they tack on a bunch of BS charges. Last time, it doubled the cost of our freight. Never again.

Excellent communication from start to finish, I was very impressed with the service I got from these folks! They were able to meet my demanding time frame for picking up my vehicle, and were quite accommodating to my delivery window. I look forward to working with you again in the future!
