Luna Furniture was very professional. All three pieces were exactly what they said on inventory. Customer packaged product perfectly to make sure the move and transport was easy for us. A pleasure to work with. Pick up delivery was completed in a timely manner. We appreciated doing business with Luna Furniture and their management.

The shippers were great and very helpful. Picked up the furniture on time. Delivered the second day,from NY to IN.Took care of the furniture.The easiest and fastest shipment i ever had. My customer was very happy, they delivered the furniture inside and install it.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was suppose to pick up on Thursday. then he said he'll do it on Friday then changed to Saturday.We moved the furniture to another location,so it would be easier for him to pick up and give him more time.On Saturday evening he sent a message that he ran out of time and he will pick up the end of next week. My customer got mad and cancelled his order.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No answers for 6 days and shipper promised to pickup in 5 days. we left many messages on his company voice mail and emailed him many times.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We had a mechanical problem which was out of our hands. We were also waiting for the problem to be resolved, which took longer than what we had expected. This problem started a chain reaction of delays. But we are now on the road and happy to provide services to our customers. Thank You for your interest in our company!
