Very easy to deal with. Gets the job done with no excuses. He even faxed us the receivers signature as proof of delivery. Recommend highly. Will use again for future shipments.

He charged the receiver for the delivery charge and was not supposed too. We had to refund the delivery charge to the customer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My customer needed the furniture today but the shipper had transportation problems. The customer was not flexible with us to receive the furniture later, so we had to issue a refund to her and cancel the shipment.
