After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Our Driver called customer to get more precise information about the delivery for the shipper (Pickup Address, Delivery Address and possible pictures of the items) the shipper got upset with the driver for asking for this and told him to cancel then texted him asking when will he come pick up items. We will not send our employees into a situation which can potentially cause conflict. We have recordings of all calls and texts thru our communications platform. If we dont have the shipping informat
