A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Driver requested to pick up out of marked pick up time frame dates specified. Marked the shipment as delivered after requesting him to cancel.

Lack of communica?tion. Ghosted my customer amd myself for multiple days with item in tow. Id be weary to book them again.

Sir this job was done weeks ago, everyone including you was very happy. No one was ghosted in anyway shape an form . Perhaps you need to examine who you are reviewing before opening your mouth. I am NOT required to talk to anyone btw mid shipment, there is no law saying I have to. I am trying to drive tens of thousands of miles a month , I DO NOT text and drive. I DONT USE MY PHONE WHEN I DRIVE. Y know the law
