From start to finish communication was horrible. Receiving a 2nd star only because technically the delivery was completed. He showed up without enough space in his vehicle. This was after a phone call where he tried to tell me I listed the size of the shipment incorrectly (I did not). Said he could come back the next day and didn't show up until 4 PM. Delivered to my customer after 9 PM and because of his severe lack of communication I wasn't even able to inform my customer during the delay.

Sit the size u listed was 3ft 3 and that wasn’t not the case I went above and beyond for you and your customers. The plan was for me to come back Monday and do the delivery I can back Sunday it’s unfortunate you feel this way. I also gave you and the receiving customers a choice if they wanted same day or next day delivery I specifically asked them what was convenient for them they choose to have me deliver it late. Why come and try to discredit my business when I went above and beyond for you

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The day before it should have been picked up he cancelled on me claiming it was because of an accident. Even if that is true it doesn't make sense why we couldn't have rescheduled. I told him we could postpone the delivery. Communication wasn't too good during the week that it was booked and we assumed the job would get done. Overall he put us in a bad spot with our customer by accepting the job and waiting a full week before cancelling. That's a week I could have used to find someone else.

Hughes was amazing to work with. He's a great communicator, was on time for pick up and drop off and was very professional. Highly recommended and I will definitely be working with him as much as possible in the future.
