Some boxes were previously damaged prior to pick up. Customer was overall happy with delivery and unpacked them as we unloaded and we took the boxes the items came in back with us per customers request.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer making constant pressure on us for delivery time . We don’t work like this .

Pressure? Interesting interpretation on what actually happened. We gave our pick up and delivery windows, he placed a bid on the job knowing what we were expecting. He was late for the pick up and we asked multiple times when he was coming. The reason for having to ask multiple times was because he ghosted us the first couple times after getting hired and treated the time windows as if they were optional. ***Do not hire this person. Stay away!***

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper wrote "delivery by the 29th" and I assumed it was August 29th and not September. My mistake but I need to get it there quicker than that.
