I bid on picking up an item of furniture from Ana and picked it up within an hour from her store. It was a last minute matter and she had the ottoman well protected with bubble wrap. It was not even fully paid for yet, but I kept in touch with her to make sure that the payment was made and that I could deliver it in suburban Washington, D.C. i was facsinated by the selection of furniture she had and hope to visit her store one day in the future.
