The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We have had three trucks at pick up location three different weeks in a row. The first driver found that the unit was not a legal load andit was to tall over 10 ft. We made arrangements to have rollers on top of the ROPS to be removed and sent a second truck in for pick up. Due to a change in personnel at the pick up location when the second truck arrived it was not ready. We sent a third truck in and driver refused to load unit on to his new aluminum trailer due to the type of tracks on it. We

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved If you plan to use this website in the future, please read every bit of the bid details before accepting a bid. In my bid, I have a note to the customer and the first line says, in all caps, "please make sure dates are compatible". Fortunately I had not yet booked a load out of Alabama. If I had, I would have to cancel this as well. Cancellations look bad on a service provider's record and may have a negative impact on us booking loads in the future. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Through no fault of the service provider, the factory specs on this machine weight was off by 3,000lbs and was unable to haul that much weight. Service provider promptly notified the customer and customer will relist item at the correct weight for another service provider to haul. Customer was very happy with communication with service provider and would use them in the future.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This carrier turns out to be a freight broker and even though we were given the impression that they had a truck to take our load they did not. We use U-Ship as a broker for our freight and do not expect to have to deal with a broker trying to book our load after we accept a bid. The individual that I dealt with at this company was a fast talker. This guy is an example of the kind of people I don't want to deal with. I have had great experiences with shipping through U-Ship and will continue.

he started out misrepresenting his own load it was bigger than he posted on uship i was still willing to work with him. we clearly state we are a broker all you have to do is read we where still within in our time frame for pick up i decided to cancel he was a very rude person and life is to short to deal with that

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This is not on Henderson Transport. I did not realize that he couldn't pick up the trailer until the following week when I accepted his bid. My customer needed the trailer sooner than that. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
