The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Booked this for pickup October 30, 2023. Received a roll over message 10/31 and still a no show. I had to rebook with another carrier.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment is going into Canada. I need to finalize some paper work. There was a delay on the Customs side. I will rebook as soon as paper work is completed by our Customs Broker. Sorry for the inconvienence.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had these items on one pallet and it was not stable. Have switched it to 2 pallets and rebooked it this morning with TForce Freight. Need to cancel the first booking.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They still haven't picked up my shipment after 5 days. When I call in to see what's the problem, they state that the driver called and I told him it was ok that they couldn't pick it up the day before. NO ONE ever called me from Central Transport. Very disappointed in them. We have used them in the past without problem, but something has changed there.
