I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Provider was to pickup generator early today. Told last night after booking that shipper was having quick truck repairs this morning at 8am & would take an hour. Shipper was to call when heading out. I never heard so I texted and called. When I reached shipper, he hung up. He later texted stating he was on phone beside police officer, said he would call right back. Never heard after more repeated calls/text. Difficult to reach when asking questions before booking. Concerned since shipper

Lee is awesome! He went out of his way to help deliver my shipment safely and as quickly as possible. He was extremely careful pulling expensive cargo. He provided constant updates while facing bad weather (snow & ice). If you need a professional shipper which is extremely organized and does this full time, then this is your choice. Scott and Kim are great! They were extremely careful with my shipment and kept in constant communication about their progress towards delivery. Parker is an excellent shipper. He was extremely careful and kept constant communication with me. He was able to pickup my generator and deliver in one day. If you need a great shipper, Parker will provide a great service. I would definitely use him again if possible.
