Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time Jenna booked at 10:38am. I emailed her at 12:30 requesting Pickup and Delivery info. Because ONLY her Phone number and Email address is on the booking info. I also called her at 2:44pm, I left a message requesting the same info and for her to call or text me back. Its now 7:06pm I have not heard back in any way.

I went back and forth trying to decide whether or not to leave a review. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews-- ever. But, I really think people need to know the experience we had before they decide to go through the same thing. Jeff was 5 or 6 days late picking up the furniture and then even later getting it delivered. He lied over and over about the day/time he would pick up/deliver and then wouldn't answer his phone/text for days. When the furniture was delivered, it was damaged.
