This items was not packaged at all for shipping.It was given to driver in raw form with zero packing materials. This should have been packaged and or crated for shipping by the sender who knows this because they are a furniture company.This was loaded onto the trailer by the sender per his contract request it was blanket wrapped and final approval was given by sender. We are not responsible for his incompetence.This is a clear result of negligence by the sender.Not packaged properly for shipment

Exactly, it was blanket wrapped, so please explain why it looked the way it did when it was delivered. There is no sense in a door being broken off and leg detached from the rest of the island. Do not call someone incompetent when you're the one that made the mistake of not caring for the product being delivered. You are a sorry excuse for a shipping company.

When the island was delivered, the customer took pictures of it still on the delivery truck. One of the island doors was broken in half, one of the island legs was almost detached from the rest of the island, there were knicks and scuff marks all over the island. The delivery driver made a ton of excuses as to why the island looked the way it did. I will never use this delivery company ever again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called the transporter and left a message. No return call. I sent two text messages and no response was given. The shipment was supposed to be picked up by today, and we were not contacted at all.
